Everything was ready and even journalists had been withdrawn back because they had shot down a screen to enter when the Zeballos judge noted that one of the protagonists, the complainant, was not in the courtroom. So judge decided to suspend the hearing until February 4 at 9:00.
Williams Herrera, Ruben Costas’ lawyer, asked to continue but the judge was blunt and did not want go on with the hearing because it would be canceled, so he instructed the notification of Hugo Raul Montero while the prosecutor Hugo Iquisa blamed the court for failing to act diligently.
