Achacachi, 25 January. AN (Achacachi News). The leaders of the region of Achacachi, especially of the town of Warisata mobilized themselves to give back the arms of Qulla (Colla) Army Ponchos Rojos that showed last parade.
The leaders brought seven german Mauser guns which they arranged to give back to the Bolivian Army or to the National Police. The leaders of the region said that already they spoke with the Commander of the Army general Bersatti to do so and in return he told them that they could be helped by the State trough its institutions with their Engineer company for building local roads.
But the leaders of the region firmly said that they did not give back M14 rifles, neither the M16Armalite or the Kalashnikov, even worse, they said that will never give back the Belgian FALs, that including the Vice-president of Bolivia, had it under his poncho, as he himself said in Warisata in September, 20 of the 2006.
