Evo Morales’ candidate losses in Achacachi

DEFEAT • The winner of Mayor House in Achacachi in defining now between Constancio Gutierrez (Movement for the sovereignty, MPS ) and Mamani Tito Barrios (Movement without fear MSM). The big loser is Alfonso Cosme finger-picked candidate of Evo Morales.

ACHACACHI, Bolivia. — Revised 43 polling stations of a 67 that has the first section of the province Omasuyos the results are:

1. 37% of votes Constancio Gutierrez (MPS, the Movement for the Sovereignty)
2. 35% of votes Tito Mamani Barrios (MSM, Movement Without Fear)
3. 19% of votes Alfonso Cosme (MAS, Movimiento al Socialismo) .
