Morales said Bolivia should undertake a revolution on education to ensure sustainable development

EDUCATIONAL REVOLUTION • Bolivia has to undertake a deep revolution in education with political and social awareness to move forward and ensure sustainable development, said Wednesday the president Evo Morales Ayma in this community in the department of Cochabamba.

ILLATACO, Bolivia.— The President Evo Morales gave modern facilities in the Unidad Educativa Jose Miguel Lanza to house 370 students studying in primary education.

Morales said:

"Bolivia has to undertake a deep revolution in education to get ahead"
Morales stressed his belief that education is vital to ensure the future development of a nation. The state must make every effort to ensure adequate training of new generations.
"It is necessary a deep revolution on education. It must to be implemented with people's social consciousness and an unstoppable political will so that Bolivia will be projected with greater force development," he reiterated.
The Head of State noted that while the delivery of modern educational units is important, education should promote a doctrine that is based on knowledge of the reality and culture in order to rebuild national identity.
