LA PAZ, Bolivia .— Del Granado says to vote in that way will mean a rejection to Evo Morale’s government policy of raising gasoline prices to international levels, the legalization of smuggled cars and the construction of the road through the indian Isiboro Secure national Park.

The former political ally of President Evo Morales launched his campaign for the "NO" to the judicial plebiscite because there is no choice: All candidates are supporters of Evo Morales.

Juan Del Granado said:

"We are all shocked and disgusted by the candidates of MAS. We are frustrated, we are tired of authoritarianism, imposition, underestimation, prebendalism and corruption. "
The decision to start this campaign was after the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) validated the selection of candidates to the judiciary chairs despite the observations done by Juan Del Granado about the lack of indigenous candidates in at least four departments (La Paz, Beni, Pando and Tarija).
