Bolivian Senate President Rene Martinez attributed errors of Executive to the misreading of facts

GOVERNMENT MISTAKES • The chairman of the Senate, Rene Martinez, said Tuesday that inappropriate reading of some events and lack of coordination in Secretary level allowed the ruling Movement towards Socialism make mistakes in his administration.

LA PAZ, Bolivia .— Martinez justified that Bolivia is in the process of building a new state.

The President of the Senate said in a statement to Erbol broadcasting station:

"Given the complexity of this construction of the new Plurinational State will always be problems... we are subject to error ... we must be accept this".

"There was lack of coordination between legislative, executive and judiciary organs of power to move as we wanted."

Excessive use of police force in Chaparina against indigenous was "an inappropriate reading" of facts from the beginning.
