ORURO, Bolivia .— The representative of Conamaq, Rafael Quispe have informed they no longer support the "unity pact" with settlers, the coca growers and the government of Evo Morales because they are not leaders of the "real process of change."

Quispe told Radio Panamericana:

"Conamaq is no longer a member of the unity pact and instead reaffirmed the pact with CIDOB."
Quispe said that the real process of change is the transformation of a mono-cultural state to a multinational state with autonomy, a task that would not be fulfilled by the government of Evo Morales.
