DIPROVE recovered robbed vehicles.
APN (Achacachi Post News). The police head of DIPROVE indicated that the past Thursday 23 of August, in Achacachi city, was identified to four “auteros” (car thieves), that also presumably would murdered cyclist Cesar Claros, native of Bethlehem, whose body without life was found the 6 of this month in the region of Avichaca.
In Achacachi the police found garages with cars recently dismantled, cars that have reported like robbed. One of the implicated, a.k.a. Pajarito (little bird), is the owner of the garage located in the shores of Rio Keka, near the bridge.
In the garage the mother of the assassinated boy recognized parts of the bicycle, and for its surprise, the jacket of his murdered son dressed up in the implied Pajarito, although he himself said that he had not participated in the murder.
Days later, a person approached the Police of Achacachi, saying that he had killed the cyclist, immediately was detained, and lead towards the city of La Paz.
