Alfonso Cosme from MAS is defeated in Achacachi

DEFEATED • The results to 90% of polling stations show that Alfonso Cosme was defeated largely in Achacachi. The MAS candidate came in third place.

ACHACACHI, Bolivia. — The winner of Mayor House in Achacachi town up to now is Constancio Gutierrez from MPS (Movement for the Sovereignty).

Tito Mamani Barrios (MSM, Movement Without Fear) is the second place.

Constancio Gutierrez was born in the community of Jawiralaca (Boca de Rio) near Achacachi. He is peasants union leader.
