REASONS • Hand-picked candidate. Criminal responsibility. He did not pay family attendance. Infringement of the Principle of Rotation of Authorities.

ACHACACHI, Bolivia. — The reasons are:

• Hand-Picked Candidate. Alfonso Cosme was hand-picked by leaders of MAS (Movement toward Socialism) leaving aside the names of people designated by the social movements of Achacachi.
• Criminal Responsibility. Alfonso Cosme wanted to avoid the responsibility of a dam built by him that went down.
• He Did Not Pay Family Attendance. Alfonso Cosme was caught by the Police because he did not pay his children's family attendance.
• Infringement Of The Principle Of Rotation Of Authorities. Alfonso Cosme is not from Achacachi. He was born in Warisata town. The former mayor, Eugenio Rojas Apaza (now senator) is also from Warisata. Rotation must exist.
