Dialogue between Potosí Civic Committee (COMCIPO) and ministers of Evo, fails

DIALOGUE FAILURE • The dialogue to resolve the civic strike fails for non arrival of Evo Ministers to the meeting in Potosí.

POTOSI, Bolivia 18:21. — The meeting would be held in the city of Potosi to solve the problems of the civic strike, failed by the non-arrival of the deputy ministers of the Government of Evo Morales.

The Potosí Civic Committee, says from this moment to the future we will talk just with the President of the multinational state of Bolivia: Dn. Juan Evo Morales Ayma.

Potosi claims that Evo meet electoral promises:

1. Construction of International Airport.
2. Construction of cement factory in Coroma.
3. Start of operation smelter Karachipampa
4. Paved roads.
5. Establishment of geographical boundaries with the department of Oruro.
