TIQUIPAYA, Bolivia. — President Evo Morales called on Europe's social movements accommodate the climate change debate.

"The next world conference of social movements should be in Europe. The social movements of Europe could decide which European country would have to stage the second convention of social representatives, indigenous intellectuals and environmentalists "

Morales, who hosted the first World People’s Conference on Climate Change and the Rights of the Mother Earth (April 20 to 22, 2010 Tiquipaya, Bolivia) said:

"I feel it is important to bring the discussion to the center of the developed countries to discuss with them."
