LA PAZ, Bolivia. — After more than eight hours of negotiations between the leaders of the settlers of Caranavi, other sectors of the region and President Evo Morales, and other executive officials, initialed the agreement that ended the conflict.
Gustavo Aliaga leader of Caranavi announced:
"It resolved as follows, the first plant will be built in the city of Caranavi, the second for equilibrium will construct in Alto Beni, that's the main point we have arrived."He explained that the plant will cost at least two million dollars. Also revealed that the offer of another plant in Alto Beni is an offer from president Morales.
