LA PAZ, Bolivia .— CEO of Aerosur, Humberto Roca, under investigation for illicit enrichment in Bolivia, opened on Wednesday the possibility of seeking political asylum in Spain because he feels that the Bolivian justice system is not acting impartially over him.

Jorge Valda, Roca’s attorney, said:

"We are analyzing the possibility of seeking political asylum in Spain, but first we will see the conclusive hearing of the case of illicit enrichment, that has not date."
The lawyer said the hearing scheduled for this day was suspended because the judge Carlos Guerrero said through his secretary that he attended a seminar.
